Maintenance

In order to allow Symmetrical to deliver new platform features faster to our customers, we need to take our applications for maintenance in order to improve our delivery process. During the maintenance window, there may be periods of short unavailability across all the features. Please do not use the Platform during maintenance period to ensure data consistency.

In order to increase security and stability of our underlying infrastructure, we are upgrading our messaging system to the next major version. Due to this change, we are scheduling 1 one-hour maintenance window to perform all necessary work.

During this time, Platform will be unavailable to the users.

To improve our Auth Server availability going forward, we are planning short scheduled maintenance. We expect max 5 min of unavailability - during the scheduled maintenance period, there may be problems with Log-in action.
